The development of artificial intelligence has raised important questions about the future of work. While some experts predict that AI will create more jobs than it eliminates, others warn that millions of workers could be displaced by automation. What is clear is that the nature of work is changing rapidly, and both individuals and governments need to prepare for this transformation. Education systems must adapt to teach skills that complement rather than compete with AI, such as critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence. At the same time, social safety nets may need to be strengthened to support workers during the transition period.
